The service works on Windows and MacOS.
We support the following browsers: Google Chrome version 49 and higher, Mozilla Firefox version 29 and higher, Safari version 14.1 and higher.
Please make sure you are using up-to-date versions of these browsers.
The service might work on the latest versions of Microsoft Edge as well but this browser is not yet officially supported.
The service does not work on Microsoft Explorer.
- Any web-camera and microphone supported by your browser should be OK. It is better not to use virtual cameras.
- It is better not to use microphone on wireless headphones.
- Make sure your web-camera is properly fixed and doesn't shake during recording.
SAMI VIDEO PITCH is for laptop or desktop PCs. Mobile version is only available for uploading existing video file.
